Patel Vadapav - Refund Policy

2.1. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept cash, online payment methods (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards), and other methods specified on our platform. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

2.2. Cancellation and Refunds (Walk-in/In-Store): Once an order has been placed in-store and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2.3. Cancellation and Refunds (Online/Delivery): a. Customer Cancellation: Once an online order is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Customer. b. Our Cancellation: If we cancel your order due to item unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within [Number] business days.

Quality Complaints: Any quality complaints or issues with the food must be reported to our management immediately (within 30 minutes of receiving the order) or before consumption is significantly complete.
