1.2. Product and Pricing: a. Menu Items: All menu items are subject to availability. b. Pricing: Prices listed on our menu (online or in-store) are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is accepted. c. Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

Allergens and Dietary Information: We make every effort to clearly label ingredients and manage cross-contamination; however, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of allergens (including peanuts, soy, gluten, dairy, etc.). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for informing us of any allergies and consume our products at your own risk.
