3. Delivery (If Applicable)

3.2. Delivery Time: Any delivery time quoted is an estimate only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, and high demand. We are not liable for any delay in delivery.

3.3. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure an appropriate person is present at the specified delivery address to receive and pay for the order (if paying by cash). If delivery fails due to your error (e.g., incorrect address, non-availability), we reserve the right to charge the full order amount and the delivery fee. Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery.
